I locked my keys in my car one time while working in Moncton. Called my dad (like you do who reminded me I had CAA and why was I calling him, exactly? CAA guy showed up and had my door open in roughly 15 seconds. I wanted to kiss him (but I didn’t).

This type of stuff fascinates me. I love hearing about what misconceptions others have since I’ve been drowning in them my whole life. My mohter told me the one about sitting on concrete too except she said it gives you “piles”. Even though I know it’s not true, to this day, I avoid sitting on the bare cement. I could write a whole blog post about the crazy stuff I’ve believed (or still do!).

Yeah, when you’re feeding that many people… there was Grandma, Grandpa, their 7 kids, any number of other family members (aunts, uncles, cousins…), sometimes a neighbour or two – she never knew how many people would actually be there, but she always had enough for everyone.
