One is from a puppy mill where he was used as a "stud" for years - his tongue is split in half (don't know why, he came that way) the mill people had removed his nails so that he didn't scratch anyone, so he hates anyone near his face or mouth. Plus he's incontinent. Another one has problems with her eyesight so she gets really freaked out by people touching her and grooming is a hard time for her. Her animals are just very… special.
