(okay that title sounded all weirdly emo – I’m fine, I’m fine. I just have that song stuck in my head)
Okay so. I’ve been pretty grumpy lately thinking about all the infertility stuff. Today, though, I remembered that something awesome is coming.

I. Love. These. Books.
I actually met Diana Gabaldon in 2001, and got all my copies of her books signed (there has been one released since then, after we moved back to PEI. Unfortunately she doesn’t come to PEI, and no one I know in Halifax could make it to her next book signing). This is the second-to-last (I think) in this series, and I am going to miss them. But, three weeks from today, come hell or high water, I am going to our local bookstore and snatching up this book.
I will have to look into these books…
Louise! I can’t believe it! You are clearly my sister from another mother. I’m counting down the days till the next Outlander. Already have it pre-ordered, and ordered a copy for my sister’s birthday present (which was 2 weeks ago, but she’s willing to wait). I’ve never met DG, but I am a big, BIG fan of Jamie and Claire. I ordered Echo in the Bone from the BOMC, and now I’m afraid they won’t deliver it the day it’s released, like Amazon does. I saved $7 or something by buying through BOMC, but I guarantee that won’t seem worth it when I’m sitting alone on the 22nd, reading something ELSE, while you and my other Outlander sisters hanging out with Jamie. Long live Outlander!
I haven’t read any of her novels. Really, are they REALLY that good? Tell me!
The Outlander novels really ARE that good. Love ‘em!
