My back has been really sore the past few days. I’m not sure if there’s a correlation between my sore back and the fact that I’ve been in a coma by 8 pm each night the past few nights; if that’s so maybe we should look into getting a sleep number bed because I don’t plan on giving up my sleep and apparently those are easier on your back. Although I worry about those beds. I’d have my side all cranked up to 90000 hardness, and Rob’s side would be all smooshy. So if I rolled over, I’d fall off my side into the quicksand of Rob’s! It would be like a bouncy castle! Actually wait, that kind of sounds like fun.
Anyway. I was talking to a friend earlier and she said that she’d been having acupuncture since August and her chronic back pain has disappeared. My pain isn’t chronic (two days doesn’t count as chronic, does it?), but I was just wondering – has anyone else reading this done acupuncture? Did it work for what you were hoping it would? Do the needles hurt? Not that I mind that part because I don’t mind needles. Information, s’il vous plait.

My oldest brother and his wife had sleep number beds – they swear by it.
