I had the longest weekend. Thursday and Friday were snowstorms and freezing rainstorms, so there was no school. Yesterday was Valentine’s Day, which, we’re not huge on VD around here but we snuggled and watched a movie and had a delicious meal.
About half an hour ago, our doorbell rang. Now, our doorbell has been broken since this summer, so that was a bit if a surprise. And what was even more surprising? Was that there was no one at the door, and the bell (I guess I should say buzzer) kept buzzing for the next six minutes, until Rob went into the basement and disconnected it. I personally am convinced that the bird did something to it while it was down there last week. So.
The broken not-working doorbell? We reported this to the property manager back in August. Still not fixed. So I’m kind of apathetic about reporting the super-buzzing buzzer, because it would just be another thing for him to ignore.
Okay, so let me get this straight… you have ghosts that steal your PAM spray, birds that magically get in your house, and now your doorbell rings on it’s own? Um… wtf, man? Wtf?!
