… here are some answers to questions asked in the comments of my last (protected) post…
1) Yes we’re unionized, and yes someone SHOULD do something about it, but no one in the precarious position of being probationary wants to ‘start’ anything and by the time those of us who want to start something are permanent, she’ll be retired.
