To my shame…

To my shame…

… I’m no longer perfect.
After 9 years of successful ebaying, I have just received my very first negative feedback (I don’t count the neutral one I got from this weird guy who expected what he won to be at his house fourteen seconds after he paid for it) . It was my fault, because when I first sent the item, I sent it to the wrong address, and it ended up coming back here, so I sent it again but by then they had already filed with paypal to get their money back. I did email them quite a few times, letting them know what was going on, but they all bounced back to me so whatever.
So the person is getting their money back, AND their item, and I am down one in the feedback department. Ah well. Hopefully I go another nine years without this kind of mistake.

Oh and? I have one of those horrible subterranean zits coming in on my chin. It HURTS. Weird, too, since usually it’s caffeine that gets me all pimply and I’ve given up caffeine for Lent ( I’m constantly tired anyway, so giving up the caffeine is such a great idea!). I’m now going through at least 4L of water a day (the bathrooms at work get quite a few visits from me, let me tell you).
Happy Sunday, all y’all.

  1. I suck at Ebay, and my parents are pros, so I always have them bid for me. :)

And on the pimple, here’s a tip that I found in a book that has always helped me: soak a green tea bag in hot water, then when it’s still warm but not boiling, hold it over the pimple as a compress. There’s something in the green tea that works to shrink the swelling and helps dry up the pimple. I use mint green tea bags, because the mint smells better. good luck!
